The TRANSfer side-event, co-organised by the German Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety (BMU) and the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ), took place on Friday, the 2nd December 2011 in the EU Pavilion at COP17 in Durban (South Africa).
Representatives of the TRANSfer Project's three partner countries participated in the side-event: Mr Wendy Aritenang (Ministry of Transport, Indonesia), Mr Shumani Mugeri (Department of Transport, South Africa) and Mr Felipe Targa (Vice-Minister, Ministry of Transport, Colombia).
